We are personally shipping all orders in our merch store. It might take us 1-2 weeks to process and ship your order. Thank you for your patience!

Is delivery available worldwide?

We currently ship to Europe (including EU and non-EU countries), the UK, North America, and Australia. We are working to expand our shipping options to reach more countries in the future.

Tracking number

Every parcel is insured and comes with a DHL tracking number for your convenience. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details to monitor its journey.

I received a damaged product, what should I do?

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within one week of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item, your order number, and any relevant details. We will cover the cost of reshipping the item. However, please note that a third attempt at shipping is not guaranteed if further issues occur.

Refunds

Refunds are only available for packages that are confirmed as lost during transit.
